Pros
Working for Cobweb is always an interesting experience. I am able to stay at the forefront of new technologies, such as Azure and Office 365 whilst still working older in data technologies. Cobweb have supported me in studying for qualifications and make me feel like I am important to the company and not just another employee. Also the people at Cobweb make it a great place to work.
Cons
I find that sometime the rapid changing of the IT landscape can be a bad thing and it causes Cobweb to perhaps lose focus on where we should be heading with our sale and product drive. However I feel this is likely the same at most cloud hosting companies.
