Pros

The corporate culture offers a good salary for most, very competitive benefits, opportunity for occasional international travel, flexible hours, option to telecommute, and advancement on the business side. Leadership, including vice presidents and the CIO, offers individual employees the ability to speak directly to them when the situation fits. Competent support teams allow engineers to focus primarily on development.

Cons

Because operations are in Europe, US employees occasionally are required to keep early morning hours for up to a week at a time. Employees sometimes must travel with only a day or two notice, although management has been aware of travel needs weeks in advance. There is no technical track for advancement beyond senior analyst level.
