Bullying atmosphere Threatens staff rather than gives rewards No employee engagement No concern or focus on high staff turnaround I was permanent but saw many agency and contracted staff being treated poorly and unfairly Low pay Antisocial hours Racism from Team Leader "Face fits" environment "Us and them" attitude between teams in office and field Some call centre staff do no work other than keep team amused. Manager is happy with this Managers take credit for their teams successes Managers clearly don't get on and use staff in arguments Too many confidential subjects discussed by managers in smoking shelter or canteen Poor customer service given to equipment customers Senior Managers sleeping around No collaboration Team Leaders have regular meetings but never update teams Figures altered to look better than they are Poor communication Very low staff morale Support appeared to be given but any progression always stopped with whispered conversations between management
