Way too much pressure from leadership team to meet unreasonable goal, even if they are not logical ones. The company is FMCG, so it’s very fast paced, and can never get on top of the role, almost limits how rewarding it can be. As you feel you have accomplished something, management comes right back trying to get you to do more, barely acknowledging your accomplishment. Another note, management, appears to come off strong with IDP, but then tries to lead you down the path that best suits them, even if its not what is best for you.
