Pros

The atmosphere supports development, as a market leader there are chances to improve skills quickly, the feedback culture is improving. There are some managers that are inspiring, the colleagues are nice, and there are always some prize games to bond with others.

Cons

The hierarchy is quite strong as well as the autarchic management style. There is a constant pressure to perform the best, which makes it difficult to manage work-life balance, lot of extra hours are needed. A lot of work is required, and although the tools are there, the physical environment is upsetting.
