The people who run the main high school care deeply about the students and the employees. They make an effort to listen to the concerns of students and teachers.

The schools are underfunded and not properly staffed. Most teachers care and the ones who don't are being weeded out, but the lack of funding prevents a lot of the good that the school could be doing for the students. The building needs some repairs. The money just isn't there in the county.
