      An excellent place to gain experience.

      Cons

      The salaries are not sufficient with the extremely high cost of living. There are very few areas in the state that are more expensive. The political atmosphere is terrible.

      Coworkers are fantastic and there is truly pride in providing services to county residents from the front line troops.

      Cons

      Management is oblivious or does not care how moral is lower than low and will not change. Micro-management at its finest!
