      - open minded people - very skilled engineers - HR is open to feedback - interview process was smooth and people were easy going, especially HR

      Cons

      - things are a bit unstable now, as we look at selling the company - benefits need to improve, even though they have improved since the beginning

      Pros

      The work is interesting, and management gives a lot of flexibility.

      Cons

      Very unstable working environment, multiple instances of salary being late. Bonuses/salary increases have been delayed or have not occurred over the last 1.5 years. No longer paying the going market rate for employees.
