Pros

Flexible hours Direct deposit Fast growing The job is actually easy with a lot of moving parts

Cons

Some trainings were not consistent with each other. The one most not consistent with the rest is the one-on-one training you do once you have claims. That trainer has his/her own claims (usually a huge load), then they are expected to train you while carrying their own load of claims. This seemed as though it became very overwhelming for the trainer so they actually started training by teaching "shortcuts" that really should not be done. This actually teaches easy ways around things but that can backfire. The trainers were also not readily available for questions due to them having a ton of their own claims. There were many days where a claim went untouched due to me having quick questions that went unanswered. Trainers and team leads were a bit too relaxed to where things went misunderstood or forgotten. The lack of professionalism with the trainers also made learning a bit difficult. I can laugh with coworkers and chat, however that should not be most of my time working. The pay was about $18, which quickly became not a good compensation for the stress and energy to took to learn. Rich was great and made me feel confident in growing with the company!
