Interesting product and process that the company goes through to gain business. Free lunch's during training. Don't have to go into the office every day. No dress code.
Cons
Misleading job description and very high turnover rate. If you don't mind going into very low income neighborhoods and pitching to people in their homes how they can save money on their electric by going solar, than this is the job for you. Two options of pay which are; a draw which is obviously terrible compare to a real salary and a full commission plan which is ok but you're not guaranteed a check every week. Don't let them mislead you to how easy it is to make 6 figures. I did the math and you pretty much have to produce over 120-140 successful sales a year in order to reach that and it's about a 10-30% success rate depending on the day so you need to go through a ton of people's homes. The training was terrible as well very unorganized and all over the place and was done in an unfinished office. They highly pressure people to generate the own leads rather than company leads because they pay for them through an external company.
