You get to work with kids and build video games! The company is growing rapidly, the people are great, and you get to improve your own coding skills at the same time.
Cons
They are almost growing too fast, so corporate sometimes lags behind since they've grown so fast so quickly. But they do their best, and this seems like a high-growth company who's best days are ahead of them.
