Pros
Great experience for someone starting out in their career as an education consultant/manager. Teaches you everything about running a business.
Cons
Corporate does not care about independently owned franchises, they are more interested in opening more centers. Limited resources for training, most guidance on operation comes from other centers or from your own trial and error. The curriculum does not teach kids how to code, it only teaches them how to become a pro at copy/pasting. The hours are horrendous (60+hours), you literally will have no life and there are no benefits.
