Pros

I worked as a software developer contractor through Code and had a great experience from start to finish. My recruiter was tech-savvy and matched me to a great, high-paying job in my niche field. They were friendly and communicated well throughout the whole process. If you ever get contacted by a Code recruiter, I recommend you stick with it and give them a shot!

Cons

I didn't experience any cons!

Pros

+Incredible Team full of industry veterans and generally great people - recruiting skill and knowledge base is unmatched in my opinion +Interesting client base - modern technology and hyper-growth tech start-ups +Generous commission structure and uncapped earning potential, ability to earn share of company profits once tenured +Flat Matrix, highly collaborative environment +Self-managed work and schedule, remote flexibility, great for working parents +No ridiculous metrics, only two team meetings per week +Cohort of laid-back, high-performers +Full-Desk model with a candidate-focused approach, skill of recruiting is valued over business development and account management (higher commissions for the recruiting side of a placement vs AM side of placement)

Cons

-Environment not for everyone, must be self-motivated. If you're the type of person that needs a manager to tell you what to do, that just doesn't exist here -Not for agency veterans that only want to manage accounts, everyone recruits here (founders/owners included)
