Working at Codebox has given me exposure to a whole lot of ideas, experiences, and challenges. I’ve been working here for nearly three years, and I can see how different I am now professionally in this time span. I have been given plenty of opportunities by working on various projects, which I feel has sharpened my learning skills, decision-making and sense of accountability. This place isn’t for the laidback; opportunities are offered abundantly, which you need to see and grab. At the same time, the seniors support you fully, so it’s not as if you are totally on your own.
