      Pros

      You get to work with some really great people. Codec employs some really talented, inspiring and motivating people from the industry. Great exposure to full project cycle. They are always trying to improve benefits and the working environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes workload is too much.

      - they put full trust in older people working for the company , they won't listen for any complains regarding people been working them for some time.
