Pros
Fantastic engineers Good retentions while they last CEO and CTO are great (although limited influence now)
Cons
COO and FD run the company, both have destroyed the culture and fabric, nobody trusts them or respects them CEO no longer active, and CTO answers to Intel Projects are interesting and locked to Intel needs, no real diversity with customers Codeplay will inevitably be fully integrated into Intel Intel struggling so expectations are bleak, especially for RSUs/stock incentives
