      Pros

      You only have to teach for 8 hours to get paid for 24 hours. No one really checks in to see the quality of the teaching. Just as long as no students complain

      Cons

      Opaque management that do sneaky things behind your back. Lots of lip service. If you actually care and have ethical standards avoid this place.

      - There is flexibility to learn and grow - The people you get the opportunity to work with are amazing

      Cons

      - Times have changed, and it doesn’t have the same vibrancy as it used to. Far too many people have left since COVID, with little to no improvement on mitigating this very concerning pattern.
