Plenty of Active Support/One Awkward Off-boarding Element - Anonymous employee Codeworks Employee Review

Off-boarding was a little awkward when it came to how a client was to be informed of my leaving. I was originally told I was welcome to break the news to my on-site manager, but I later found out someone from the agency went ahead same-day without me knowing. Ultimately, this had little impact on the strong relationship I'd already cultivated with the supervisor (who invited me back anytime), but the miscommunication was quite awkward/disappointing.
