It is genuinely values-led from the top, with founders who actively shape and reinforce this. The organisation is flat, communication is open, and everyone is encouraged to contribute regardless of tenure or role. There is a strong sense of respect and inclusion in how people interact.
Cons
The transition to a consultancy model has come with its challenges. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and the environment may not suit everyone. Some individuals may find the intensity and level of accountability demanding, particularly if they prefer more structure or a slower pace.
