Pros

Initial months were good and people were understanding & helpful.

Cons

1. Management here has become like a political ground where few employees under the management thinks they can play with employees' emotions whenever they want and however they want. 2. They only Hire-To-Fire 3. Partiality is there strong game point. 4. They wilk never see your hardwork, instead they'll only point out the negative points, and they master in exaggeration. Making a small thing into a big issue. 5. They'll only favour their own community people. 6. Appraisal happens depending on how close you are with management or if you're from the same community. Don't worry appraisal will not happen depending on your hardwork. 6. HR department has serious behaviour issues. No proper communication skills, and they judge about others work, but they themselves don't work properly, only big talks. 7. Dirty politics & game is played on employees, and they blame you with wrong reasons and will never let you bring your point on the table.
