      Nothing is OK there. What was promised on the interview never happened, the company it's not a good place to work.

      Cons

      Top management is a mixture between rudeness and incompetence. Salaries are below average, a lot of people are procrastinating, at the same time others are constantly doing overtime.

      The only advantage was that it was close to my apartment

      - Constant overtime, even during the weekedns, if you refuse to work extra, they threaten to fire you -Constant layoffs and staff redundancies, the company is in financial collapse and lays down senior staff with high salaries. Hires junior programmers for BGN 800-1000 - Toxic atmosphere, gossip, intrigue, everyone is a relative of someone or they are lovers, complete lack of work ethic
