Pros

Great work culture the CEO puts a lot of effort in making the positive work environment

Cons

Time tracking is irritating, it's like they are concerned more about quantity than quality The pay is less Less leaves- they give only 6 sick leaves + 10 personal leaves, which is very very less as compared to any other company

Hi there, we are pleased to read that you appreciate our work environment. We understand your concern and we are working on improvising our leave policy. Recently, we have added one policy wherein the employee will receive an additional leave on completion of one year with Codvo. Last year, we introduced wellness leaves. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the time-tracking tool we use. These tools build trust and transparency for not only clients but also enable managers to manage their teams well and ensure better productivity and time management. Also, such a tool helps companies like us (remote first) to track the daily work as well as the time and effort for specific projects, so your employees know they won't be overworked. We have a six-month appraisal program and an annual bonus. We have an open-door policy, hence if you feel pay is not justified, managers and top management take utmost care to settle the concern. If you have more questions or suggestions, please drop them at hr@codvo.ai.
