Pros
This staffing agency say what they mean and mean what they say. Let this be known to all the other staffing agencies. When someone contacts a temp agency for work, they are typically desperate. They NEED a job, and they need one fast. I cannot tell you how many advertisements I answered claiming they would get me working the next day. Only to find myself, after wasting precious time filling out applications, being "interviewed", listening to them pitch the company, etc... walking out angry and even more distraught because they "Didn't want to rush me into the first available job". WTF!?! False Advertising. I finally found Cody Staffing. I met with Jeff and he "got it". Jeff understood and guess what, I was working the next day. I left the office with tears in my eyes. Not only did he get me working, he made sure I was aware of every opportunity. I will never forget Jeff and Cody Staffing.
