      The people on the ground up until lower management are some for the best people I have ever worked with.

      - Removed work from home employees in breach of their contracts - Non existent benefits - No Career progression opportunities - 0 budget for training - 0% Bonus - 0 Stocks and shares

      Great team. New people from other orgs come in and share new ways of working and optimism.

      Legacy team members continue with old ways of working. Product doesn't keep pace with market innovation. Doesn't seem customer-centric. Needs new leadership.
