The team environment was very active and positive

There are a limited number of workers/baristas working at Coffee Bene so finding a person to replace your shift could be challenging

Great place to work as a student, but after that forget about it.

Pay is extremly low compared to other coffee shops, and employees will never have the opportunity to have their thoughts heard from upper managment.
