Pros
-close environment means you get a sense of the entire publishing process -interview day where you speak with all of the staff -They actually give you meaningful tasks -fairly laid back atmosphere -Get to work with really great books
Cons
-There were a lot of mailings -It was a culture shock for me to sit in an office for so long. It's very quiet--maybe not a place for extroverts
