Pros

Work/life balance was good; had to take shifts keeping somebody on call over the weekend, but you got a paid day off in return. Lots of free snacks and good drinks, company activities, great culture. Upper management extremely approachable.

Cons

The pay was low, considering the area, as an offset for all the perks and fringe benefits.

Pros

Flexible hours and decent holiday off.

Cons

Management has no clue how to run the company and the pay is far below standards. If you do one small thing incorrectly, you will hear about it for years, but if any of the management makes a mistake, they just shrug it off. In all my years I have never seen a company so mis-managed.

Flexible hours, not bad salary for the area (although quite bad globally).

Cons

Terrible bosses, terrible management. Five bosses and ten developers.
