      Many total nepotism company husband employing wife wife employing her relatives etc etc Petty politics After 2 year don't expect any increment for freshers and for experienced don't expect at all

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
