if you can sooth ego of dinosour employees who had been around since beginning and wont leave as no one will take them and if at all they take they can't survive for a day even . But if you can sooth their ego , make their drinks then this is the company for you . You do Not need any other qualification. Irony is that when the company was loosing customers for mismanagement the CEO travels to USA and Europe and dance to bollywood numbers on stage for annual meet , spending money to fly employees from all over to watch the old fox dance.
Cons
People haven't left the company for many many years and are minting money ,with no work . For some new joinees it is hell as they have to work hard to justify the salary for dinosaurs. US HR is a big joke . Promotions are only if you are known to someone who is a Dinosour himself.
