Pros
1. Nice place to learn things professionally. 2. Processes are the backbone for the whole department. 3. policies are good enough, like its mandatory to take leave on your birthday and also u will get 3000 bucks to spend. 4. Lots and lots of work(depends on the project though) 5. Valuable advises are welcomed and responded by the management.
Cons
1. yearly Increment is a concern. u will not get good appraisal. 2. extra hrs of working with no bonus. 3. if you are a good performer u will nothing as bonus but "more work" rather "smart work".
