      Pros

      Great benefits including fitness allowance and money for birthday. Insurance cost is very low and matches 401K. The salaries are great compared to US companies performing the the same responsibilities. Vacation time begins with 18 days for day one of employment. Employess including senior management are nice and personable.

      Cons

      Sometimes a little slow in getting administrative work completed.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
