      Gave a really good training under a special batch.

      1. Managment have no interaction whatsoever. 2. People in charge won't discuss anything. 3. Assign outdated technologies to learn for projects. 4. Never explain anything. 5. Place in Resource Pool(bench) for really long time. 6. Donot care for employees. 7. Ask to resign during a pandemic.

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
