      Waste of time ans skills. Doesn't value employees. Clients are biased towards employees and the management doesn't care about it. You are not assigned task according to your skills

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
