      Pros

      Very relaxed atmosphere - they are inclusive and let you dress how you want (within reason, of course), and be yourself.

      Cons

      Low Pay Odd rules regarding PTO and other amenities that require you to really keep track of everything. If they made it so your PTO rolls over 40 hours, or let you go in the negative that would be nice.

      If you like the BPO setup. Then, this is for you.

      Cons

      A BPO setup as an executive assistant is very unlikely. The hiring process is all over the place and, you will likely be managed out if they don't like you.
