You need to be street smart to scale greater heights . Be proactive and have that hunger to do an inch extra always. Definitely results will show up. This company is not for Tortoise paced employees who always complaint in something or the other. Ultimate point is show your reputation and create your opportunities instead of waiting for one. Excellent opportunities to shine in Pega be it Developer/QA/BA . Just have that Go-getter attitude instead of being a small fish in an Ocean
