Pros

1. Initial hiring process is smooth and well-coordinated. 2. Office infrastructure is modern and well-maintained. 3. You got a job and a source of income

Cons

Onboarding & Initial Experience 1. Recruiters are very active during the hiring process but become unresponsive once you join. 2. No proper onboarding support. As a new joiner, you're left to figure things out on your own. 3. Getting an ID card or access requires multiple unnecessary approvals. Office Location & Transport 4. The Greater Noida office is located in a remote and isolated area, far from the main city. 5. Paid cab and bus services are available, but not accessible unless you're assigned to a project. 6. Entry to the campus feels like walking into a high-security military zone, with excessive and unnecessary checks Work Allocation & Job Security 7. Project allocation after joining is painfully slow. You need to keep following up or risk being benched indefinitely. Monitoring & System Issues 8. Company laptops are installed with spyware that records screens—managers can monitor your activity at any time. 9. Systems run patched versions of Windows and Microsoft 365, raising serious ethical concerns. Attendance & Salary Policies 10. Daily attendance must be marked on iEngage. If you miss it, your manager is alerted as if you committed a serious offense. 11. If the timesheet isn't filled before the 21st, your salary may be delayed or withheld. Compensation & Transparency 12. Offer letter only mentions CTC, with no clear breakdown of take-home pay. 13. Health insurance, gratuity (payable after 1500 days), and other benefits are included in the CTC and deducted from actual pay. 14. HRA component in the salary structure is minimal. Leave Policy 15. Only 7 days of annual leave and 3 optionals ( 1 from either birthday or anniversary and 2 from other holidays in the optional list) with no sick leave. 16. Earned leave is credited after the first month and only on the 1st of each calendar month. 17. Only 10 earned leaves can be carried forward to the next financial year. 18. No leave credit for March on April 1st. Learning & Development 19. No access to platforms like Udemy. You are restricted to Percipio, which lacks depth. 20. External certification reimbursements are partial and limited.
