Unfortunately a certain person within the company targeted employees via bullying causing them to leave, hopefully the culture has changed since.

Staff shop is the only good thing about this company

The company claim to be like a family but in the whole 8 months I have worked at this company, I spoke to probably 2 people that didn’t work in my department. Majority of people are unapproachable and unsupportive. Very toxic environment. The company claim to be huge mental health advocates but are not understating of people who suffer with mental health.
