Pros

Coffee machine is good except that there is no pros.

Cons

As a fresher joining as a Management Trainee, I expected a structured onboarding process with some initial training and mentorship. Instead, I was expected to contribute independently from the first day. The role required much more than product management. It involved reverse engineering enterprise AI products, designing solution architectures, competitor analysis, and building AI-powered applications. Candidates are expected to have knowledge of modern full-stack development, cloud deployment, and AI technologies such as RAG, vector databases, LLM integration, and related tools. When working on unfamiliar problems, there was limited technical guidance or mentoring. The expectation was to independently figure out the approach and solution, which can be challenging for fresh graduates. The work environment is fast-paced, deadlines can be aggressive, and work often extends beyond the official office hours. This role may be better suited for experienced professionals or candidates who are already comfortable working independently in high-pressure startup environments rather than fresh graduates expecting a gradual learning curve.
