Pros
Clients are super-interesting, you get to work on projects for clients that do good things in the world. It's not just marketing campaigns or quick builds but long-lasting, quality work for clients all over the world.
Colleagues are exceptionally talented and really trust and help one another out. Every company claims their culture is great, Cogapp's culture is actually great, it's fun and professional, a great place to learn continuously from junior developer through more senior roles.
Cons
You're always learning at Cogapp so if you are the sort of dev who wants to stick to that one technology that you love dearly then unless you're prepared to branch out Cogapp probably isn't the best fit.
