      Pros

      I love my coworkers and my work. I've never been on the receiving end of micromanagement, but that wouldn't necessarily the case in other departments.

      Cons

      Private equity owned, so it can be stressful at times. A significant portion of annual compensation is tied up in bonuses, and they are only loosely tied to performance, as far as I can tell.
