Cogility has been a great place to work. My manager and coworkers have been super supportive. The company was super generous with the holiday party. Everyone was invited for dinner on a yacht and a tour of the harbor. They paid for our flights and hotel too! I continue to enjoy working there and am fortunate I've found such a great company.

I'd like to see some more opportunities to recognize others. Maybe some sort of recognition program?

Corporate approach to a start up, horrible communication and management. Very unstable
