      Pros

      - Friendly and nice environment - Good work-life balance - A lot of flexibility and very open to WFH, even before covid - If you think a new technology is a good fit for the product, the team is very open to discuss it and accept it

      Cons

      - With such a small team and a lack of people experienced in devops, the quality of the devops infrastructure is quite low - Too much reliant on monolith architecture - Salary is not competitive with market rates
