Pros
* Lots of opportunities to learn, including an AWS certificate program * Lots of opportunities to grow your career (I have been promoted here more than once) * Scope for making a big impact. If you can make a proposal which is sufficiently compelling and backed up by data you can really affect change.
Cons
* The fast-paced environment isn't for everybody. If you are of a "builder" mentality and you want the chance to make an impact - this is the place for you. But if you would rather everything set in place for you already, then you might want to look elsewhere.
