      There are few positive sides that make working easier - team cooperation, excellent atmosphere, use of latest technologies, maintenance of decorum & deadlines. The main part is "Salaries" are provided on the last working day of every month. There are several holidays making it worthy to work in such organization with 5 working days only.

      Cons

      A little bit bigger infrastructure is required for supporting the increasing employees strength.

      1. Salary is provided on time that is last working day of the month. 2. Saturdays and Sundays fixed off. 3. Holidays on the major occasion and national holidays. 4. team co-operation and perfect team lead. 5. celebration of diwali, holi and Christmas held in the office. 6. team outing and lunch once in a year. 7. use of latest technology. flexible timing and holidays under categories like paternal and maternal leave, casual leaves, restricted holidays and more!
