Pros
Consultants, Sr. Consultants, and Data team are very nice and helpful.
Cons
Before accepting the job, I was told repeatedly there was strong work-life balance. I ended up walking into a small company of employees stretched very thin. Of all the eDiscovery positions I've had, this had the worst work-life balance, which is saying a lot for eDiscovery. Like many other eDiscovery positions, many client requests come in late afternoon and especially late Friday. The difference here is that the company is so small that these requests are handled by a few people who have to do everything. Eventually, I stopped scheduling plans on Friday nights.
Tasks and responsibilities often extend late into the night and sometimes the weekend (without warning or plan for coverage). There are almost no boundaries between employees and clients.
As other reviewers mentioned, office politics are real. Some people are treated differently than others.
