- Under skilled level managers and team leads - Most of Employees are relatives with CEO, partiality for outsiders - A company where there is process and recognition for skilled people - People hold grudges and dear CEO prioritises senior, who later demoted as a trainer, and got yeled at in floor for unable to write a simple sql query - Vision for AI is low and organisation stuck at "API calling == AI"
