Everyone is very supportive, relaxed but productive atmosphere.

Not much really, perhaps not very fast paced, but definitely not very slow.

Colleagues that are in the trenches with you are good because you're going through the same crap. Benefits are on par with other SaaS.

The product and data are not good, especially in the US. This results in heavy churn from clients and in turn gets you put on an unattainable PIP.
