Pros
At Cognistx, all voices are both heard and respected, as we have a relatively flat organizational structure. Employees have the flexibility to work remotely if/when they'd like so long as their work gets done. And the with the backing of many current and former CMU faculty & students, the company has immediate legitimacy talking to clients and prospects - even as a start-up.
Cons
As is true with many start-ups today, Cognistx struggles with focusing on the right types of projects, clients, and engagements that will help drive it's long-term growth.
