Pros

If you are an exec and want to retire. Individually, most employees are quite good fun.

Cons

There is a lot to say here - but it can be simply summarised. Prospective Employees - If you fancy a job where your views will not really be listened to, you get modest recognition, and you are fundamentally working for a flawed organisation (processes, technology, organisational model), then go for it. You will get paid for now, but there are plenty of better companies out there for you. Prospective customers - Have a really, really hard look at what you are buying into. There are some ideas, but that is about it. If you want to show to your superiors that you are "doing AI", then fine, but you are unlikely to gain significant business value from CognitiveScale. You will see this from the list of companies that have "tried it" and then moved on.

Thank you for your feedback. Our people are very good fun! I can see that you were frustrated by your time here. We have a lot of newer executives now that are working on giving a voice to employees and helping us focus. The entire exec team is listening and looking for ways to improve the company. Feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss your experience here - I welcome feedback from both past and current employees! -Kendall Collier, VP of People
