Big projects in large, well know organizations mainly abroad (In Greece as well) If you like travelling, you will love it They pay on time (+They pay per diem when you travel abroad to clients) Too many projects which lead to big exposure to technologies used Training (In house) Big company, can meet interesting people, with good know how There are career opportunities provided you really work a lot
Cons
You have to travel (in some cases up to 50% of time) You do overtime (minimum 10-15 hours per week, usually also saturdays/sundays) - bad work/life balance They do not pay overtime Low wages for newcomers You only go on holiday when it fits the company Very stressful (you need a hard stomach) They require tasks on time (in very stressed deadlines) and mistakes are not allowed Bad manners (sometimes it feels like in the army) People are expendable Too many juniors Must be highly self motivated and cannot ask anybody because nobody has time to help you No time for self improvement
